Redfish Standard paddles are  one piece, asymmetric, curved designs. They are available in any length and with any degree of feather, either right or left handed.

The shafts are oval, which not only is ergonomically more comfortable, but allows one to "feel" the paddle position without having to glance at the blade.

The blades are perfectly balanced  -  with the same amount of surface area on each side of the shaft  - eliminating the tendency of the paddle to want to spin in your hands.

We use western red cedar for both the blade and shaft. The paddle is  then encapsulated in a thin layer of fiberglass and epoxy - adding strength and durability.

At a mere 33 oz., the standard 240 cm. (94.5") paddle rivals the light weight  of many carbon/fiberglass paddles on the market today.
