Friday 3rd

1:00

Registration & Kayak Lineup on the beach – all afternoon

2:00 – 5:00

"Laminating a Coaming Wall", "Making Soft Padeyes"
"Knotless Bungee Connections" miscellaneous demos

5:00 – 8:00

Barbecue/potluck on the beach - Bring your own meat/salad/drink/dessert etc. - We’ll provide the BBQ grill. Meet and greet other builders/paddlers. Relax and get ready for Saturday!

Saturday 4th

7:30 – 9:00

"Pancake Potluck" (is there such a thing?) - we'll provide the grill & pancakes. If you're an eggs & bacon & whatever lover, then bring them along and throw 'em on the grill (oysters invited as well)!

9:30-10:45

Photo Shoot for R2K7 – please be with your kayak at the lineup for this! - we will photograph your kayak to be included on the R2K7 Website! - Ted Henry

10:45 – 11:30

Stitch and glue kayak construction

11:30 – 12:15

Strip-built kayak construction – Joe Greenley

12:15 – 1:00

Skin-on-frame kayak construction

1:00 – 3:00

Sand Castle Building Contest for the Kids - awards after dinner

Lunch - bring your hot dogs & hamburgers to throw on our grills
